Vitamin E is an

cause damage to the cell walls of the vessels in the circulatory system.
Vitamin E is also important in the formation of red blood cells. Wheat
germ, corn, nuts, seeds, olives, spinach, and asparagus are all wonderful source
of vitamin E good to have on our super-foods list as well.
