Body by Vi-recipes here below these next couple paragraphs is some pretty tasty recipes, but first I am going to cover a little basic when it comes to mixing our shakes. I am not a big fan of using water with my shakes not unless add in some fruit, fresh or frozen you could even add a little pineapple juice (100% JUICE) or any juice of choice.
I then tried it with low fat or non fat milk. That was cool, but I thought what else can I use to change it up a little? I do enjoy my ViSalus shakes each morning. Then I tried Soy milk and Almond milk, have there own distinct flavor and are all very good. But, one of my favorite Body by Vi- recipes, is adding some frozen cherries and blue berries with half a ripe banana add some Silk milk then put in a blender. Put it in the freezer for 30 or 45 minuets and then eat like ice cream or frozen yogurt Body by Vi- style.
Here, is some pretty cool Body by Vi- Recipes:
After Glow Smoothie: 4 oz. (1/2 cup) Pomegranate juice, 4 oz. (1/2 cup orange juice), 2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix, 1 cup frozen pineapple & 5 ice cubes. Blend well in blender.
All Berry Delight: 8 oz. Skim milk, 2 scoops (ViSalus Sciences Vi-Shape Body by Vi) mix, 1/4 cup frozen raspberries, 1/4 cup frozen blackberries, 1/4 cup frozen strawberries, 1/4 cup frozen dark cherries & 4 ice cubes. Blend well in blender.
Almond Joy: 8 oz. Silk Pure Almond milk, 2 scoops (ViSalus Sciences Vi-Shape Body by Vi) shake mix, 1/2 tsp coconut extract, 1 chocolate flavor packet (or 1 Tbsp. Cocoa powder) & 6 ice cubes. Blend well in blender..
Amaretto: 8 oz. Silk Pure Almond milk, 2 scoops Vi-Shape Vi-Shake mix, 1 cup frozen dark, sweet cherries & 6 ice cubes. Blend ViSalus recipes well in blender. Blend well in blender, Body by Vi- Recipes.
Ambrosia: 8 oz. Almond milk, 2 scoops (ViSalus Sciences Vi-Shape Body by Vi) shake mix, 1/2 tsp. Coconut extract, 1/4 cup pear slices, 1/4 apple slices; 1/4 cup frozen strawberries, 1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks, 1 peach flavor packet & 3 ice cubes. Blend well in blender.
Angel Food Cake: 8 oz. Almond milk, 2 scoops Vi-Shape Body by VI Shake mix, 1/2 tsp. Coconut extract, 1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract & 3 ice cubes. Blend well in blender.
Apple Cider Smoothie: 6 oz. Unsweetened apple juice (or cider), 2 scoops (ViSalus Sciences Vi-Shape Body by Vi) shake mix, 1 orange flavor packet, 2 tsp. Cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract & 6 ice cubes. Blend well in blender, ViSalus Recipes.
Apple Mango Freeze: 8 oz. Almond milk, 2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix, 3 Tbsp. Unsweetened apple sauce, 1 cup frozen mango chunks & 6 ice cubes. Blend well in blender, Body by Vi-recipes.
