PubMed.gov and Protandim is an excellent way to find out what a company is all about when it comes to research a development with their products. PubMed.gov is a government agency that publishes these peer review studies. It is free to look anything up that the consumer wishes too, with thousands of peer review studies to search.
Protandim is not that well known, even though it has been studied for over 40 years and invented by Dr. Joe McCord. Dr. Joe McCord, Ph.D. Professor of Medicine University of Colorado Denver Pulmonary Sciences & Critical Care Medicine McCord hold a B.S. in Chemistry from Rhodes College (when graduated 1966) and a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Duke University (where he graduated in 1970) he also has conducted post doctoral research.
Dr. McCord has had also previously held biochemistry faculty positions at University of South Alabama and Duke University Medical Center. He now serves as a professor in the department of Biochemistry, Biophysics, and Molecular Genetics at the University of Colorado Denver.
Dr. Joe McCord has received several accolades and honors for his research and breakthroughs in the field of free radical biochemistry. McCord is a previous recipient of the Elliott Cresson Medal, Lifetime Achievement Award from the Oxygen Society and the Discovery Award from the Society for Free Radical Biology and Medicine (SFRBM). He maintains an Honorary President of the International Society of Antioxidants in Nutrition and Health (ISANH) along with Honorary Doctorate from the University of Buenos Aires and has serve well as Honorary President with the International Society of Antioxidants in Nutrition and Health (ISANH) as Chairman of the Third International Conference on Superoxide Dismutases at the Institute Pasteur.
