PubMed.gov and
Protandim “There is No Hiding behind Pubmed”
PubMed.gov and Protandim is a great way to find out what a
company is all about when it comes to research a development with their
products. PubMed.gov is a government agency that publishes these peer review
studies. It is free to look anything up that the consumer wishes too, with
thousands of peer review studies to look through.
Protandim is not that well known, even though it has been
studied for over 40 years and invented by Dr. Joe McCord. It is however going
through 20 studies at this present time and has over 8 peer reviews posted from
some major Universities from around the world, which anyone can review on
PubMed.gov. Protandim is a product that unlocks enzymes in our bodies that
fights and destroys antioxidants like nothing else out there. Studies are
saying that it has the antioxidant equivalent of drinking 87 glasses of red
wine or eating 365 oranges in a day. PubMed.gov and Protandim can be look at on
the Pubmed site. People can type in Protandim or look up oxidative stress,
which is related to all human disease.
McCord has previously held biochemistry faculty positions at
Duke University
Medical Center
and University of South Alabama . He currently serves as a professor
in the department of Biochemistry, Biophysics, and Molecular Genetics at the University of Colorado Denver .
Dr. McCord has received several awards and honors for his
research and discoveries in the field of free radical biochemistry. McCord is a
past recipient of the Elliott Cresson Medal, the Discovery Award from the
Society for Free Radical Biology and Medicine (SFRBM), [3] and a Lifetime
Achievement Award from the Oxygen Society. He holds an Honorary Doctorate from
the University of
Buenos Aires and has
served as Honorary President of the International Society of Antioxidants in
Nutrition and Health (ISANH) and as Chairman of the Third International
Conference on Superoxide Dismutases at the Institute Pasteur.
